Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sped88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Sped88 website accessible at sped88.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile versions, applications, and any content, features, products, or services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

Sped88 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform facilitates real-money wagering on casino games, live dealer games, slots, and sports markets including but not limited to the English Premier League ("EPL"), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gambling services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account, comprising real money deposits, bonus funds, and any withdrawable winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default transactional currency on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total aggregate bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that has been cancelled and refunded, typically due to event cancellation or an administrative error.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a formal player-initiated request to restrict or suspend access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Sped88 does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. This age threshold applies regardless of the laws of any particular jurisdiction that may set a lower age of majority.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to determine whether your local jurisdiction permits online gambling activity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the Platform or imposed by any affiliated responsible gambling body or third-party gambling operator.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Sped88 or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or gaming providers.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update any registration information that changes over time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Sped88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account.

Sped88 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian Identity Card (NRIC/MyKad), driver's licence, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also accepted.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Cashier section of the Platform. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Sped88 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment processor. Delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or third-party processing issues beyond Sped88's control.
• Sped88 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to require additional verification before processing a deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

Withdrawals

Sped88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests in a timely manner. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled system maintenance.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed full KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any active or recently claimed Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before any funds derived from such bonuses may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit applicable to the Player's Account tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account or instrument registered in the same name as the Sped88 Account. Sped88 reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request where the recipient details do not match the registered account holder's name.
• Sped88 reserves the right to perform additional security and identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large sums or first-time withdrawals.
• In instances where Sped88 identifies potential fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending a full investigation. The Company reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

Sped88 offers various promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform:

• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus expiry window specified for each promotion. Failure to complete the required wagering within the applicable time period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• During any period in which Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, a maximum bet limit of MYR 250 per round or wager applies. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a rate of 100%. Table games, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and live dealer games, typically contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Some game types may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering.
• Sticky bonuses (non-cashable bonuses) cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from gameplay using such bonuses may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to maximum cashout limits as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Sped88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, and to reclaim any bonus funds from a Player's Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or violation of these Terms.
• Players who have pending KYC verification may have bonus claims withheld until verification is completed.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform. Sped88 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account found to be involved in any prohibited conduct without prior notice:

• Creating, operating, or sharing access to more than one registered Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-based systems to access, navigate, or place wagers on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or tournament to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal or unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents during the KYC process.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 03, including minors under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's technical infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any form of hacking attempt.
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Account funds to another party.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the Sped88 brand name and logo, graphical elements, user interface designs, software code, game content, promotional materials, written content, and all other intellectual property ("IP"), is owned by or licensed to Sped88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player shall reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's IP without the express prior written consent of Sped88.

All trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform, including third-party game provider logos and payment method brand names (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and others), are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence or with permission. Sped88 makes no claim of ownership over third-party marks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sped88, its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of Account balance, or interruption of gambling activity.

Sped88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may temporarily render the Platform inaccessible. Sped88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Responsible Gambling

Sped88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable Players to manage their gambling activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through the Player's Account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits.
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up notifications displaying time elapsed and net wins/losses during the current session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary Account access restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or extended Account suspension, effective immediately upon request and not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Termination

Sped88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable platform rules or policies.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 08.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory requirement to close the Account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Inactive Account (defined as no login or transaction activity for twelve consecutive months).

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in a verified, non-suspended Account will be returned to the Player via the Player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or security verification. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings not meeting applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sped88 holds its principal gaming licence, without regard to any conflict of laws principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Sped88, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by Sped88's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Sped88 from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

Sped88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account as described in Clause 12.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. We recommend that Players review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
